In order to enter any Major Junior Market or Junior Breeding Show, exhibitors must first complete the Quality Counts Training and have a Verification number. The training and verification exam can be found here. You can take the exam as many times as needed to pass. Once you have completed this, your verification number will automatically show up in the Ralls FFA online roster, which Ms. Harkey can access. You do not need to print your certificate unless you want to for your own records. Please contact Ms. Harkey for help if needed. Exhibitors who completed verification as a junior will need to take the senior verification after their 14th birthday in order to remain verified for show entries.

**Ft. Worth entries will need to be turned in to Ms. Harkey and paid for by no later than November 6, 2015 in order to ensure they get to the Ft. Worth Livestock Office on time! Please let Ms. Harkey know if you plan on exhibiting at Ft. Worth so she can get the entry forms to you. There will not be workshop for Ft. Worth entries unless several exhibitors express interest in Ft. Worth.

**Crosby County, San Angelo, San Antonio, Houston, and Austin entries will need to be turned in to Ms. Harkey by no later than November 20, 2015 in order to ensure they are processed and submitted on time. Entries not submitted to Ms. Harkey by this date will not be submitted to the show and will render the exhibitor ineligible for this year's show. Please make sure you get your entries turned in and paid for in time! There will be a come-and-go Entries Workshop held on Wednesday, November 18th, starting immediately after school and lasting until 6:30pm at the Ag Shop. You can also stop by the Ag Shop anytime after November 1st to do your entries.

Please note: Every year, Ft. Worth Livestock Show Entries are due by November 15th and all other Major Livestock Show Entries are due by December 1st. Ms. Harkey needs plenty of time to process your paperwork, put all information into each show's online system, and get a check cut from the school for each show and to get it all mailed off before the deadline. This, in addition to all the other things happening at this very busy time of year, is why she asks that all entries be filled out and paid for well in advance of these deadlines. Late fees for the major shows are very expensive, and Ms. Harkey does not want to be responsible for late entries. Please get your entries in and paid for in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
